Today temperatures in Geneva rose to 41 degrees Celsius (105.8 degrees Fahrenheit), the hottest temperatures recorded north of the Alps since the 1920s or something… And oh yeah, this is Day 8 of a ridiculously long-lasting heat wave. I may be from Miami but at least there we always have air conditioning; these past few days I’ve been roughing it, drinking buckets of water and making up any excuse to go take a dip in the lake. Still, I’m so thankful. There’s nothing worse than having to wear a sweater in the summertime and I’m proud to say I haven’t worn pants in over a week!
