La Petite Reine is a great place to get your lazier friends to come out for a drink. Why? Because it is conveniently located behind Gare Cornavin – you can’t get more central and well-connected to all the bus, trams and trains than that.
The inside of the bar is tiny but if you go for an early drink, you can probably snatch the high table by the window for a cozier experience! Although they have other small tables on the second floor (European first!), the elevated outside seating area is the coolest by far, with its wrap-around wooden bench, small tables and chairs and its new graffiti mural.
Drinks are relatively cheap, although not as cheap as La Galerie, and the selection is a bit limited but that doesn’t detract from its appeal as the go-to drink spot, whether you’re looking for a quick meet-up or a place to get the night going.
